Ingredients:
2 lbs meat chuck cook, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dark pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 mugs meat broth
1 glass ruddy wine
2 mugs diced potatoes
1 container diced carrots
1 container diced celery
2 inlet leaves
2 sprigs thyme
2 sprigs parsley

Instructions:
