Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a medium saucepan, bring the butter, water, and vanilla to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the flour and stir constantly until the mixture comes away from the sides of the pan and forms a ball.
- Remove the dough from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Bake the Cream Puffs:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Using a spoon or a pastry bag, place dollops of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Make sure to leave space between each puff.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cream puffs are golden brown and puffed up.
- Allow the cream puffs to cool completely on a wire rack.

- In a mixer, beat the cream, instant vanilla pudding mix, and milk together until the mixture thickens to a consistency similar to whipped cream.

- Once the cream puffs have cooled, cut them in half.
- Fill each puff generously with the prepared filling using a spoon or a pastry bag.
- Sprinkle the filled cream puffs with powdered sugar before serving.
