Crock Pot Beef Stew – Don’t Miss

2 1-ounce packages dried onion soup mix
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 pounds lean beef stew meat, cut into small pieces
5 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
2 to 3 cups baby carrots
1 small yellow onion, chopped
2 10 ounce cans Cream of celery
1 cup ketchup, you can also substitute with tomato sauce if you don’t like it. Ketchup
In In a large plastic bag, add the dry onion and pepper soup mixture. Add the meat and shake the bag to coat it with the spices. (You may need to do this step in two batches to fit all the meat.) Once the meat is covered, spread it evenly into a greased 7-quart pot.
Top the meat evenly with diced potatoes, carrots and onions.
Mix celery cream and ketchup in a small bowl.Pour the mixture over the meat and vegetables.
Cover the clay pot with a lid. Simmer for 8 hours or until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Stir everything together and then serve.
