FRIED CABBAGE WITH BACON, ONIONS AND GARLIC
INGREDIENTS:
6 slices of bacon.
A large cabbage, I cored it and sliced it.
2 garlic cloves, chopped.
1 large onion, chopped.
1 tbsp.Of salt.
1 Tsp.Of ground black pepper.
1/2 Tsp.Of onion powder.1/2 tbsp. Garlic powder.
1/2 tbsp. Of peppers.

In a large skillet, fry the bacon over medium heat until crispy and fried.Step 2:

To rinse, I cut the bacon and place it on paper towels. I cut it into crumbs.

I added the garlic and onion with the bacon fat and cooked in a pan, stirring constantly, until softened, 5 minutes.

After that, I quickly added the cabbage and cooked for another ten minutes or until it was tender.

To steam the cabbage, I added the crumbled bacon, 1⁄3 cup water to taste, salt and pepper to taste, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika.Step 6:
Stir to combine, reduce the heat and cook for a few more minutes or until the liquid has evaporated, continuing to stir at regular intervals.
Step 7:
If necessary, I tasted again, added more seasoning and served immediately.
Remember that the mixture contains some carrots that give the dish something special.
