Fluffy Brioche

INGREDIENTS
380 g (3 cups) all-purpose flour;
20 g (3 tablespoons) cornstarch;
40 g (3 tablespoons) butter;
50 g (⅝ cup) sugar;
1 egg;
7 g (1 teaspoon) salt;
7 g (1 ½ teaspoons) dry yeast;
150 ml (⅔ cup) warm milk;
40 ml (3 tablespoons) vegetable oil;
Melted butter
Mix flour with cornstarch, salt and yeast.
Add the melted butter. Add milk, oil, egg and sugar to the flour mixture. Knead until a soft dough forms.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour.Cut the dough into pieces and form balls out of them. Form each ball into a disk and cover half with melted butter and sesame seeds.
Spread out the dough slices so that they overlap and let them rest for 1 hour.
Brush with egg yolk and bake at 180°C/350°F for 25 minutes
