Cheesy Mini Meatloaves Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form Mini Meatloaves: Divide the meat mixture into small portions and shape them into mini loaves. Place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread this mixture evenly over each mini meatloaf.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Add Cheese: Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of each meatloaf. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
