Cheesy Mini Meatloaves Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form Mini Meatloaves: Divide the meat mixture into small portions and shape them into mini loaves. Place them on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread this mixture evenly over each mini meatloaf.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Add Cheese: Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of each meatloaf. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
