PIZZZA PAN FOR FAMILLY

My sister and son made this removable pizza pan for a family dinner over the weekend. Everyone helps me brighten their day with compliments…Be kind

Ingredients:

2 cans cookies *16 cookies total
8 ounces pepperoni
2 cups mozzarella cheese *grated
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning *o pizza seasoning
1/ 2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup olive oil
Pizza sauce/marinara

Instructions: Quarter

cookies. *I use a pizza cutter because it makes things a lot easier.In a bowl, combine crackers, pepperoni, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and olive oil.
Stir until combined and all cookie pieces are coated with oil. Spray or grease a mold.
Pour the cookie mixture into the pan and bake in the preheated oven (350°) for about 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from the oven and turn out onto a plate.Serve with pizza sauce/marinara sauce if desired!
