Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk or stir.
Trim the fat with a knife, trimming about ½ inch from the end of the “fat” side of the chop. This is to prevent the pork chops from curling while grilling.
Place the chops in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them.Marinate it well by hand, making sure it is well coated with the marinade.
Cover and let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan, melt some butter or add oil.
Grill the chops in a skillet over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 145℉. Use the thermometer on the thickest part of the pork chop without touching the bone.Remove the pork chops, let them rest on a plate for about 5 minutes and then serve.
