1/2 yellow onion, diced
2 medium carrots, diced
3 stalks of celery, diced
2 red potatoes, diced
6 cloves of garlic, minced
2.5 cm piece of grated ginger

1 cup green lentils
1/3 cup red lentils
6 cups vegetable broth
