Simple Croissants Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 1/4 mugs all-purpose flour
• 1/4 container granulated sugar
• 1 1/4 teaspoons dynamic dry yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 container unsalted butter, cold
• 2/3 container drain, cold
• 1 egg for egg wash
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Blend well.
2. Cut the cold butter into little 3d shapes and include it to the flour blend.Utilize a baked good cutter or your fingers to work the butter into the flour until you’ve got a coarse, brittle mixture.
3. Continuously include the cold drain and blend until a batter forms.
4. Turn the batter out onto a floured surface and manipulate it briefly, fair until it comes together.
5. Roll the mixture into a rectangle, at that point overlap it into thirds like a letter.
